About The Event
Event Details:
Join Trees for Hamilton, the Burlington Runners Club (BRC) / Sulphur Springs Race, the Hamilton Conservation Authority (HCA), and the Hamilton Sustainability Action Project (HSAP) for a post-race tree planting to help grow Hamilton’s tree canopy.
Time: Planting will start at 11:00 AM (as the race is wrapping up).
What we’re planting: Approximately 30 trees.
Who can help: Volunteers, community members, and runners. If you’ve just raced, there will be lighter tasks available too (mulching, support roles, photos).
Support: With a solid crew, we can plant all trees in a couple of hours.
