HSAP is not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from participation in its activities, use of its resources, or engagement with third-party partners. Participants are responsible for evaluating their own safety, well-being, and any risks associated with involvement in volunteer opportunities.

Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or participating in any Hamilton Sustainability Action Project (HSAP) event, program, or initiative, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in HSAP activities.
2. Volunteer Participation
All volunteers engaging with HSAP do so at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for their participation. HSAP is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during or as a result of participation in its events. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
3. Event Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to treat others with respect and conduct themselves in a safe, inclusive, and cooperative manner. HSAP reserves the right to remove any individual from an event or activity if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
4. Third-Party Partnerships
HSAP collaborates with external organizations to host events and facilitate volunteering. While HSAP aims to vet partners carefully, we are not responsible for the actions, policies, or liabilities of partner organizations. Participants engaging with partners must also agree to any additional terms those organizations may set.
5. Media and Content Use
By participating in HSAP events or engaging with us on social media, you grant HSAP permission to use any photos, videos, or testimonials for promotional, educational, or reporting purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Website and Social Media
All content shared through HSAP's website, emails, or social media channels is for informational purposes only. HSAP strives for accuracy but makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or timeliness of content. Use of our digital content is at your own risk.
